TURKEY: According to the Turkish Health Ministry, Turks spend approximately $4 billion on imported cosmetic products every year. The announcement came during Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna 2012. Turkey’s exports in cosmetics rose 50% last year as volume reached nearly $1 billion, said Selçuk Aksoy, the vice chairman of the Istanbul Chemicals and Chemical Products Exporters Association, in a report filed by the Anatolia News Agency....
